About this file

This document is a Sources Sought notice for a co-brand agreement for floor care products including floor stripper, floor cleaner, floor buffer, and floor polish. The U.S. AbilityOne Commission, through the National Industries for the Blind (NIB), is seeking potential partnerships with U.S. commercial manufacturers to add these products to the AbilityOne Procurement List under a co-brand agreement. The products must meet or exceed FAR and other federal standards, and be USDA BioPreferred certified and meet ecolabel requirements where applicable. Manufacturers must have a nationally known brand, demonstrate the ability to assist the nonprofit agency in expanding its product line to create employment for the blind, and be willing to provide technical support and marketing assistance. Responses are due within 30 days. The government will evaluate submissions to determine if the proposed products meet the required criteria and what functions the nonprofit agency's employees would perform.
