About this file
This document is a Sources Sought notice for a potential co-brand agreement between the AbilityOne Program and commercial manufacturers of floor care products such as floor stripper, floor cleaner, floor buffer, and floor polish. The AbilityOne Program, administered by the U.S. AbilityOne Commission, is seeking manufacturers with nationally recognized brands who can supply these products and provide technical and production assistance to a designated nonprofit agency to enable the employment of people who are blind or severely disabled. Key requirements include conformance to specified National Stock Numbers, meeting federal standards and sustainability criteria, and willingness to work with the nonprofit agency on pricing, packaging, and marketing to government customers. Manufacturers must submit responses demonstrating how they meet the stated criteria within 30 days. The goal is to add the identified floor care products to the AbilityOne Procurement List under a co-brand agreement.
