General:
The Contractor Test Report(s) must provide the results of formal tests, and identify and evaluate discrepancies between expected and actual test results. A separate test report must be prepared and delivered for each formal test phase (e.g., initial Factory Acceptance Test (iFAT), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and System Test, and associated Regression Test(s)) unless otherwise specified by the FAA. A separate test report must be provided for each system upon which the Contractor performs Production Acceptance Test (PAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Accreditation Test(s), and associated Regression Test(s), unless otherwise specified by the FAA. The Contractor must deliver test reports within 20 business days of test completion, unless otherwise specified by the FAA.
The Contractor Test Report(s) must describe the test objectives, test events, applicable test plans and procedures, and test configurations used during the test. Results must be presented in summary and detailed form.
Content:
The SAT CTR (s) must be prepared in accordance with the SAT CTR Template TES-004-ATT1 included as Attachment 1.
The PAT CTR(s) must be prepared in accordance with the PAT CTR Template TES-004-ATT2 included as Attachment 2.
All other CTR(s) must be prepared in accordance with the CTR Template TES-004-ATT3 included as Attachment 3.
Format:
The Contractor must deliver the Contractor Test Report(s) in an FAA approved electronic format (e.g. Microsoft Windows/Office Suite of products, etc.). The report(s) must be delivered without restrictive legends and software that would limit the Government’s ability to copy/reproduce and edit/modify the document using the electronic version.
Revisions to the Contractor Test Report(s) must be delivered with changes clearly displayed (e.g. Microsoft Word with Changes Tracked).
