16. REMARKS:
Block 12: First Submission
· The Contractor must deliver iFAT test procedures within 15 business days after initial SRR (iSRR), unless otherwise specified by the FAA.
· The Contractor must deliver FAT test procedures within 20 business days after CMTP approval, unless otherwise specified by the FAA.
· The Contractor must deliver System test procedures within 20 business days after FAT test procedure(s) approval, unless otherwise specified by the FAA.
· The Contractor must deliver PAT test procedures within 20 business days after System test procedure(s) approval, unless otherwise specified by the FAA.
· The Contractor must deliver SAT test procedures within 20 business days after PAT test procedure(s) approval, unless otherwise specified by the FAA.
Block 13: Subsequent Submission
· Subsequent submissions are done until approval is received.
· CTPs are updated as necessary for regression testing.

3. DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE
This document provides the criteria by which each Contractor Test Procedure must be prepared. These criteria apply to the test procedures developed for Initial Factory Acceptance Test (iFAT), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Production Acceptance Test (PAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), System Test, and Accreditation Test(s) unless otherwise specified.
NOTE: The Contractor may deliver Initial FAT (iFAT) procedures in the original Contractor format.
4. DATA REQUIREMENTS

J.1.8 VoICE APC System Test and Evaluation Requirements - 2.2 Contractor Test Procedures (CTP)
General:
All Contractor Test Procedure(s) must contain step-by-step instructions and the background information needed to conduct a specific test run or set of test runs. The procedures must contain test steps, which provide instructions for specific operator actions with associated expected results for each action. Data and information applicable to all test procedures must be documented as Front Matter to the Contractor Test Procedure(s).
The Contractor must deliver iFAT test procedures within 15 business days after initial SRR (iSRR), unless otherwise specified by the FAA.
The Contractor must deliver FAT test procedures within 20 business days after CMTP approval, unless otherwise specified by the FAA.
The Contractor must deliver System test procedures within 20 business days after FAT test procedure(s) approval, unless otherwise specified by the FAA.
The Contractor must deliver PAT test procedures within 20 business days after System test procedure(s) approval, unless otherwise specified by the FAA.
The Contractor must deliver SAT test procedures within 20 business days after PAT test procedure(s) approval, unless otherwise specified by the FAA.
Production Acceptance Test (PAT) Procedures must also include the detailed in-plant procedures that the Contractor will use to demonstrate that each system coming off the production line is operational, and functions in accordance with the Specification.
Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Procedures must also include the detailed procedures and background information required for the conduct of the site acceptance test at each site. The SAT Procedures must demonstrate that the system is operational, functions in accordance with the Specification, and is installed in accordance with the SIP.
Content:
Each set of Contractor Test Procedures must include overall introductory/general information prepared in accordance with the Front Matter Template TES-002-ATT2 included as Attachment 2.
For each set of Contractor Test Procedures, individual test procedures must be prepared in accordance with the CTP Template TES-002-ATT1 included as Attachment 1.
Format:
The Contractor must deliver Contractor Test Procedures in a Government approved electronic format (e.g., Microsoft Windows/Office Suite of products, etc.). The Contractor Test Procedures must be delivered without restrictive legends and software that would limit the Government’s ability to copy/reproduce and edit/modify the Contractor Test Procedures using the electronic version.
The Contractor Test Procedure(s) must identify the applicable test phase that the document is being prepared for (e.g., Contractor Test Procedure – FAT, Contractor Test Procedure – SAT, Contractor Test Procedure – PAT, Contractor Test Procedure – System Test, Contractor Test Procedure – Accreditation Test, etc.).
Revisions to the Contractor Test Procedure(s) must be delivered in a Government approved electronic format with changes clearly displayed (e.g., Microsoft Word with Changes Tracked).
