Use of Project Labor Agreements for Federal

$35M be enforced for task orders that meet this criteria? Enforcing this requirement will limit the amount of Contractors that submit on this solicitation.

The requirements on the Recent and Relevant
Experience Forms that the projects are in the last 5 years and needing to be able to check at least 4 boxes make this a challenging requirement to meet, so we are requesting one of the following changes:
1. Allow projects to have been completed in the last 10 years (instead of 5 years);
2. Reduce the amount of boxes that need to be checked to two as long as all 7 requirements are met across the projects submitted; or
3. Not require that all 7 boxes need to be satisfied if the Contractor can show ample relevant experience.
The Government does not intend to adjust the recent and relevant work experience requirements.
