About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for the Yellowstone and Grand Teton Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) 2024. The amendment revises the technical evaluation criteria to require that each project submitted for evaluation under Factor 1, Recent and Relevant Experience, includes a minimum of four out of seven defined construction elements. It also revises the construction element related to bridge projects. The solicitation, issued by the Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration, seeks an IDIQ contract to provide road construction and maintenance services within Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks and surrounding areas. The response due date and award timing are not specified.
