About this file
This is a Buy American Certificate form (FAR 52.225-2, October 2022 version) used in federal procurement to ensure compliance with domestic sourcing requirements.
The certificate requires offerors to certify that end products are domestic products, with specific exceptions for foreign end products listed separately. Offerors must identify all foreign end products manufactured in the United States that do not qualify as domestic products and indicate whether non-iron/steel foreign products exceed 55 percent domestic content (excluding commercially available off-the-shelf items). The form requires offerors to separately list line item numbers for domestic end products containing critical components as defined in the solicitation's Buy American clause. The government evaluates all offers in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 25 policies and procedures. This template is a standard compliance document and does not address specific products, services, pricing, or award dates; it serves as a certification mechanism for the Traka Box Electronic Key System or Equal solicitation (36C25926Q0404) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration for the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, with a due date of May 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
