About this file

The file is an Excel spreadsheet detailing attic stock minimum requirements for the CMS Back on Campus-Phase 4 renovation project. The document specifies precise spare material quantities for various building components, including ceiling systems, acoustical panels, sound-absorbing wall units, carpet tiles, painting, toilet compartments, window shades, building management systems, wiring devices, luminaires, lighting controls, faucets, soap dispensers, and water filters.

Specific attic stock requirements include maintaining 2-5% of installed quantities for most materials, with precise component breakdowns such as three spare door hinges for toilet compartments, five spare wiring devices, one full-size roller window shade per type, five lamp replacements per 100 installed, and 30 extra water filters per refrigerator. These spare materials are to be packaged with protective covering, labeled with contents description, and held for potential future replacement or maintenance needs during the project's lifecycle.
