The project scope includes renovating Cooling Tower 595-11-135 per VA specifications within a $2-5 million budget. The contract will be awarded under NAICS code 238220 with a size standard of $15 million. Proposals are due in February 2020 and work must be completed within 455 calendar days of notice to proceed.
