This document contains specifications for a federal construction project to build a new parking garage at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center campus. The project requires providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing and reports to construct a new parking structure to accommodate approximately 435 vehicles. The magnitude of the project is estimated between $10 million to $20 million. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and will use a tiered evaluation process including large businesses. Offerors must price items in whole dollars and are responsible for correct worker classification and wage compliance.
