1.1 DESCRIPTION
This section specifies the availability and source of references and standards specified in the project manual and on the drawings.
1.2 AVAILABILITY OF SPECIFICATIONS LISTED IN THE GSA INDEX OF FEDERAL
SPECIFICATIONS, STANDARDS AND COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTIONS FPMR PART 101-29

A. The GSA Index of Federal Specifications, Standards and Commercial Item
Descriptions, FPMR Part 101-29 and copies of specifications, standards, and commercial item descriptions cited in the solicitation may be obtained for a fee by submitting a request to – GSA Federal Supply

B. If the General Services Administration, Department of Agriculture, or
