McArthur Boulevard, five dispensers). Estimated annual consumption is 3,120 bottles with 48 units per month for each dispenser type. The contractor must respond to service issues and malfunctions within one business day, remove empty bottles at no additional cost, and maintain responsibility for all maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and removal. All bottled water must meet applicable health and safety standards and be delivered clean, sealed, and free from defects. Award will be made on a firm-fixed price, lump-sum basis to the lowest responsive and responsible firm. Pricing must remain firm-fixed for each contract year with no adjustments permitted. All pricing must be all-inclusive; no separate charges for delivery, fuel, bottle deposits, empty bottle return fees, or additional service visits are permitted. Sales tax applies to dispenser rental fees but shall not be included in unit pricing. Firms must bid on all line items in the pricing proposal to be considered responsive; incomplete bids result in non-responsive designation and disqualification. Evaluation criteria is cost weighted at 100 percent. The incumbent contract is C-32713.
