About this opportunity

The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) in Georgia is issuing RFP 26-25 for a College and Career Readiness Platform, a comprehensive software solution designed to integrate college and career readiness services with student support tools. The procured platform must deliver career exploration capabilities, college search and comparison functionality, academic planning tools, individual graduation plan development, parent and guardian access features, work-based learning management, scholarship alignment services, FAFSA assistance, and customizable district dashboards for data analysis. The system must integrate seamlessly with the PowerSchool Student Information System, provide single sign-on authentication through ClassLink, support both mobile and desktop devices, and comply with FERPA and COPPA regulations. Qualified offerors must demonstrate a minimum of five years of continuous experience providing similar goods or services, preferably to educational, governmental, or municipal agencies in the Southeast region. The RFP was advertised on January 22, 2026, with a second advertisement on February 5, 2026; bidders may submit questions and requests for material substitutions until February 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET; proposals must be submitted electronically through the SCCPSS Bonfire e-Procurement portal by February 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET; and the District anticipates issuing a notice of intent to award on or before March 16, 2026, with final award approval by April 1, 2026. No pre-proposal conference is scheduled for this solicitation.

All respondents must submit required documentation including a current business license, certificate of insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements, proof of Georgia business registration if applicable, required professional licenses, and a completed W-9 form. Additionally, offerors must complete and have notarized four mandatory solicitation forms: the Offeror's Information Form, Contractor Affidavit under O.C.G.A. 13-10-91 (E-Verify), Debarment and Suspension Verification Form, and Disclosure of Lobbying Activities Form. Vendors must provide a minimum of three professional references from similar projects and certify compliance with federal debarment and suspension requirements by confirming they have not been placed on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended, and Ineligible Vendors. There are no identified set-asides for disadvantaged enterprises or specific restrictions limiting responses to particular organizational types; however, the District reserves the right to negotiate contract terms with the selected vendor and may consider additional federal compliance requirements depending on funding sources. Bid bonds and performance bonds are not required. The RFP does not identify an incumbent vendor, current contractor, or specify a budget range or award value for this procurement.
