All trade subcontractors must participate in apprenticeship programs registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, with a requirement to have graduated at least 15% of their apprentices in three of the past five years. Bids must be submitted electronically through BidNet, with a bid bond of at least 5% of the total bid value required for construction projects valued at $50,000 or more.
