About this opportunity

This solicitation seeks proposals to establish multiple award blanket purchase agreements to provide uninterruptible power supply equipment and associated items to support sites worldwide. The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center is seeking commercially available online double conversion single or three-phase UPS systems ranging from 3kVA to 1100kVA or above, along with batteries, capacitors, and ancillary equipment. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance, and price, with award determined by best value. Questions regarding the solicitation are due by May 1, 2020 and proposals are due June 2, 2020.

The solicitation contains partial set-asides for small businesses. The predominant NAICS code is 334110 and PSC codes include F and R. Awards over the potential ten-year ordering period have an estimated maximum value of $875 million. Performance will take place at undetermined government sites globally. Equipment delivery, installation, maintenance, and engineering support services will be provided on an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity basis against task orders issued over the ordering period.
