About this opportunity
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issued a Request for Proposals to procure Carrier Engineering Maintenance Assist Team (CEMAT) and Surface Engineering Maintenance Assist Team (SEMAT) services. The services will provide professional systems and equipment maintenance support and training onboard aircraft carriers and surface vessels located worldwide, including major yards in Norfolk, Newport News, Portsmouth, San Diego, Bremerton, Everett, and Yokosuka. The contract will be a cost-plus-fixed-fee Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity agreement with a five year ordering period. Proposals are due by September 21, 2020 and will be evaluated based on technical capability, past performance, and cost.
