x-Discipline 4 Org Chart- Not Proposed.pdf

This is an organizational chart document from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) indicating Discipline 4 services that are not proposed as part of the On Call Transit Consultant Services procurement (solicitation number BPM007068). The RFP seeks to establish multiple on-call contracts for multimodal transit consulting services across six primary disciplines: Transit Planning Studies, Transit Planning Tasks, Transit Operations Planning, Transit Operations Tasks, Strategic Planning, and Coordination and Mobility Management Projects. Contractors will provide services on an as-needed basis through individual task assignments over a twelve-month initial contract term with potential extension up to forty-eight months total. Proposals are due by September 10, 2025, and the procurement is designed to create a flexible consulting pool to support diverse transit needs across Arizona, including rural and small urban transit services and transportation for elderly and disabled populations.

Reimbursement will be based on hourly rates for actual work performed, with each task assignment specifying scopes of work, deliverables, and performance metrics. The contract establishes a 0.00% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contract goal, though DBE participation is encouraged. Eligible respondents include federally recognized tribal agencies, councils of governments, metropolitan planning organizations, non-profits, local governments, and transit authorities. Funding will be provided through federal transit programs including FTA Sections 5311, 5310, and 5305. The organizational chart document itself indicates that Discipline 4 represents services that particular proposers are not including in their bid response, allowing ADOT flexibility in assembling a comprehensive consulting network from various qualified contractors.
