About this file
This is a Price Increase Percentages form for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) On Call Transit Consultant Services procurement (Solicitation No. BPM007068). The solicitation seeks multimodal transit consulting services across six primary disciplines on an as-needed basis through individual task assignments. The contract term is twelve months with potential extension up to forty-eight months total. Proposals are due by September 10, 2025.
The form requires offerors to specify maximum price increase percentages for up to four renewal periods, entered in numerical form only. Each renewal period's increase percentage is calculated against the original contract price rather than compounded against previous renewal prices. For example, if an offeror requests 2% increases at each renewal, they would enter 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% respectively, resulting in maximum contract prices of 102%, 104%, 106%, and 108% of the original contract value. If no increase percentages are provided, prices remain unchanged from the original contract term. The State of Arizona does not automatically grant any requested increase; offerors must provide documentation of need at the time of renewal. Compensation is structured as hourly rates for actual work performed, with task-specific assignments determining financial parameters and scope details.
