About this file

The document is a technical exhibit (A03) that provides estimated workloads for a Facility Support Services contract opportunity. The contract will be for a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods, and is set-aside for 8(a) small businesses under NAICS code 561210.

The key details include estimated annual labor hours and material costs for the following services at two Army Garrison Miami sites: facility operations and maintenance, custodial, solid waste, grounds maintenance, and pest control. The document outlines the estimated recurring, on-demand, and project-based requirements for these services, including full-time equivalent personnel, unit quantities, and total annual hours or costs. Historical data is provided for demand maintenance orders and project work orders. The contract will utilize a combination of firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract line items.
