About this file
This file is a Contract Line Item Schedule for binding rates to be utilized under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for construction services. The document establishes fully burdened hourly rates for four key disciplines: Project Manager, Superintendent, CQC Manager, and Site Safety Health Officer, with varying estimated hours across multiple contract periods. For the Base Year 1-3, estimated hours are 2,761 for Project Manager and 9,939 for the three remaining disciplines. Option Year 1 and Option Year 2 maintain the same hour estimates, while an additional six-month period under FAR 52.217-8 reduces hours to 322 for Project Manager and 1,158 for other disciplines. The submitted rates are considered fully burdened and become binding upon award, remaining in effect throughout the contract's entire duration with adherence reviewed through task order submittal documentation.
The rates proposed in this schedule must be utilized for all tasks awarded under the MATOC and for development of pricing on the sample project, with the total evaluated price for the base MATOC determined by combining the sample project proposal and total estimated MATOC price. The document specifies that estimated hours are provided for price evaluation purposes only and do not guarantee any work beyond the minimum guarantee will be awarded. All rates are subject to review for fair and reasonable pricing, and contractors must complete the total estimated MATOC price field. Qualifications for each discipline are found in Specifications Volume 1 of 2. A blank line is provided for contractors to enter the Total Estimated MATOC Price.
