About this file

This is a Price Breakout Schedule template for a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) and Design-Build (D/B) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) under solicitation W912QR26RA008, issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District. The schedule provides line items for both base proposal and optional work, with a specific example project focused on HVAC system design and construction at Caesar Creek Lake Visitor Center Interpretive Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The base proposal includes two line items: design services for the existing HVAC system and comprehensive construction services involving demolition of the existing HVAC system and installation of new equipment including three ground-mounted packaged rooftop units (RTUs) with propane heating, VAV systems, ductwork, carbon monoxide detectors, and associated electrical work. Optional line items (0003 and 0004) are available for additional construction and design work. The schedule is structured to accommodate offeror pricing at the job level, requires EEIC codes for Air Force projects, and includes notes that all pricing must be provided for all numbered items or the offer may be deemed unacceptable. The evaluation will follow a best-value trade-off process with a target ceiling of $1,000,000.00; however, the government cannot guarantee funds exceeding this ceiling. All modifications must be submitted on copies of the latest CLIN schedule, and option durations must be coordinated with program management and cannot extend beyond the established overall contract duration. This template is applicable to the larger MATOC, which carries a $95,000,000 combined not-to-exceed capacity and is set aside for HUBZone small businesses under NAICS code 236220.
