About this file
This is an amendment to solicitation W912QR25R0016 for the Rough River Dam Safety Modification Phase II project, which includes construction of new outlet works and a cutoff wall at Rough River Lake in Falls of Rough, KY. The amendment updates wage determinations, increases the offer acceptance period from 90 to 120 days, modifies ProjNet response timelines to 15 calendar days (instead of business days), and revises site visit information to allow organized visits of the control tower on February 4th, 6th or 11th at 0900 EST by appointment only.
The price breakout schedule details 62 line items across 5 Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) covering outlet works construction, permanent facilities, grout curtain/drilling/grouting work, cutoff wall construction, and state road relocation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District requires contractors to be registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting proposals, which are due March 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST. This is a firm-fixed-price contract opportunity open to all businesses, with a 10% HUBZone price evaluation preference and requirement for large businesses to submit subcontracting plans. The NAICS code is 237990.
