The contract magnitude is $10–$25 million and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract with a 730-day performance period anticipated from October 16, 2026, to October 15, 2028. The bid package includes a base bid for the primary facility and eight optional contract line items for supply warehouse, classroom/break area, rigid concrete and asphalt paving, operational partition, personnel lockers and benches, heavy-duty shelving and cantilevered racks, supporting facilities, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Bids must include Standard Form 1442, a bid bond, original Power of Attorney, representations and certifications, and acknowledgment of all solicitation amendments.
