Please note our review is based on the following conditions:
1. At your request, we have carried out an “Approval in Principle” review of the documents in the attached list.
2. The primary objective of this review is to establish compliance in principle with the applicable ABS Rules, insofar as they relate to the details submitted.
3. Dissimilar metals are to be properly isolated to prevent galvanic corrosion.
4. The deck area outside of the cargo bin will not be subject to the requested deck load. Hence, the deck hatches are exempted from the deck loading requirements.
