This document provides details for a federal contract opportunity for design-build services in support of the U.S. Army Medical Command's Medical Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization program. The multiple award task order contract has an estimated value of $240 million over five years and will be awarded to up to five contractors to provide design and construction services for hospitals, clinics, medical facilities and other buildings. Services will include project management, design, renovation, repair, alteration and new construction. The scope of work involves replacing, restoring or modernizing over twenty-six million square feet of medical facilities across the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. The period of performance is a five-year base period with individual task orders ranging from $250,000 to $15 million. Offerors must register in the System for Award Management and phase one proposals are due by July 23, 2019, with phase two proposals due thereafter. The contracting agency is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District in Little Rock.
