About this file

This document provides details for a forthcoming solicitation seeking design-build construction services for medical facilities across the United States Army Medical Command (MEDCOM). Contractors will be selected to provide design and construction services including HVAC, medical gas, plumbing, electrical, elevators, building envelope, fire protection, interior renovation, terrorism/force protection, and site work for hospitals, clinics, medical administration buildings and other medical facilities. The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award task order contract has a total value of $240 million over five years, with individual task orders ranging from $250,000 to $15 million. Contractors must be able to perform up to three concurrent task orders. The solicitation will use a two-phase selection process inviting up to five contractors to submit technical proposals for an initial seed task order. The Army Corps of Engineers district in Little Rock, Arkansas will issue the solicitation on or around June 14, 2019 via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with proposals due around July 23, 2019 and awards intended to be made to up to five contractors.
