Team Composition Matrix
Instructions: On the Team Composition Matrix, summarize how each team member will contribute to performing requirements of this contract that are similar to the past performance relevancy focus areas using the following categories. Multiple categories may apply to a single entry on the matrix. The offeror must classify each team member’s contribution on the matrix using the Government-defined categories below:
· Lead (L) = Lead role
· Direct Support (D) = Provides significant subject matter expertise with primary responsibility for a particular work product; or participates in the conduct of analysis that could directly influence a Government decision with regard to an acquisition
· Indirect Support (I) = Provides subject matter expert advice to working groups or to support a limited portion of an overall analysis effort
· Administrative Support (A) = Provides indirect process support, staffing support, or IT support
· None (N) = Not a contributor
