The following have been modified:
OBJECTIVE
The Government intends to award no more than eight (8) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts for the Environmental Remediation Services requirement as a competitive Small Business Set-Aside. All Awardees will be considered equal competitors for all Task Orders. The Government reserves the right to award fewer or no contracts if the Source Selection Authority (SSA) determines it is in the Government’s best interest. The resultant
Contracts will have a five (5) year ordering period and a ten (10) year maximum period of performance. Task
Orders awarded may have a period of performance that may extend beyond the end of the ordering period. Each
Task Order issued against the Contract will be priced on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis. FFP pricing will be based on the pre-negotiated fully-burdened labor rates.
FUNDING INFORMATION/MINIMUM GUARANTEE
The total AGGREGATE maximum ceiling value is $200,000,000.00 over the life of the Contract. However, the
MINIMUM GUARANTEE AMOUNT for each IDIQ is limited to $10,000.00. The MINIMUM GUARANTEE may be satisfied by obligating funds or issuing a Task Order against the Basic Contract. Payment of the MINIMUM
GUARANTEE will be prior to the end of the first Fiscal Year of award if not awarded a Task Order.
