About this file
This document contains an employee non-disclosure agreement related to enhanced performance rounds (EPR) ammunition. The agreement specifies that the recipient employee and company will only use provided EPR ammunition for the requested purpose and will not sell, transfer, export, or improperly disclose EPR ammunition, components, or nonpublic information. The recipient must demilitarize any excess EPR bullets and adopt security measures to prevent improper use or disclosure of EPR information. The recipient also agrees not to reverse engineer or disassemble EPR bullets. The agreement indicates that EPR data and inventions will remain U.S. Government property and unauthorized disclosure would violate the agreement and subject the recipient to administrative or legal remedies.
