About this file
This document contains a small business participation plan template for a federal contract opportunity. The template requires offerors to specify the percentage of work to be performed by small businesses, both as a prime contractor and subcontractor. Offerors must also identify the type of small business for both the prime contractor and any proposed subcontractors, including small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Offerors are further required to list the principal supplies or services to be provided by proposed small business subcontractors. The related federal contract opportunity is a draft RFP for services at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, to be issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Joint Munitions Command. No further details are provided on the required products or services.
