F-35 Add/Alter B404 Q&A 1
Q1. For electronically submitting a bid, is it acceptable to submit the bid on a USB in lieu of a CD/DVD?
No. Due to government policy, USBs are not authorized to be used in government computers.
Q2. In Section 00110, Part 4.1.1, paragraph 4.1.1.5, it states to provide an original bid bond and valid Power of Attorney with original signatures and raised seals or original stamps. This can be scanned in or saved on a CD/DVD, but the original needs to be provided.
Q3. Can we assume Section 00110, Part 3, paragraphs 3.1.3 and 3.1.4 do not apply as we are required to submit electronically?
Yes.
