About this file
This document contains a skill classification crosswalk and instructions for a federal contract opportunity. The skill classification crosswalk provides a mapping of the government's required project labor categories to the offeror's own contractor general labor categories. For each project labor category, the crosswalk requires the offeror to describe the matching contractor general labor category and show how it meets the government's minimum education and experience requirements. If a project labor category is fulfilled by a composite of contractor categories, the crosswalk also requires the offeror to provide the calculation and assigned weighting.
The related federal contract opportunity is a special notice for an industry day regarding the Hydra-70 Rocket System FY 19-23 production and engineering services requirement. The industry day will be held on March 27, 2018 at KBRWyle in Huntsville, AL to provide insight into and obtain feedback on the draft RFP. Interested parties must register through the linked eInvitations site by March 13 in order to attend and receive the technical data package. Any questions from the industry day will be posted to FEDBIZOPS within 15 business days. The contracting agency is the Department of the Army Materiel Command Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command.
