About this file

This document contains an antiterrorism/operations security review cover sheet and standard contract language for a federal contract opportunity.

The cover sheet documents the review of performance work statements, quality assurance plans, and source selection criteria for various security requirements. It requires signatures from an antiterrorism officer, information security manager, operations security officer, information awareness manager, and contracting officer representative to certify their review of security aspects. Standard contract language is provided for items including antiterrorism training, classified information handling, operations security plans, and information assurance certifications.

The related federal contract opportunity is a special notice for an industry day to provide insight and obtain feedback on a draft request for proposal. The opportunity involves Hydra-70 rocket system production and engineering services from fiscal years 2019 through 2023. Interested parties are invited to participate in an industry day on March 27, 2018 hosted by KBRWyle to discuss the draft RFP. Questions and registration must be submitted by March 13, 2018. The technical data package will be provided to registered attendees. Questions and answers from the industry day will be posted within 15 business days on FEDBIZOPS. The Department of the Army is the contracting agency.
