About this file

This is a pricing template (Attachment J) for the Regional Grounds Maintenance and Pavement Clearance contract (N40080-25-R-4580) issued by Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) for installations throughout the Washington Area of Responsibility. The template is organized into recurring and non-recurring work line items for a base period and four option periods, plus a six-month option period, with all pricing currently set at $0.00. Recurring work (Line Item 0001) includes grounds maintenance services across multiple installations such as Washington Navy Yard, Arlington Service Center, Naval Observatory, Naval Research Lab, NSWC Carderock, Marine Barracks Washington, Dahlgren, Indian Head, Quantico, and Bethesda facilities. Services are categorized by facility and include improved grounds maintenance (prestige, standard lawn, and standard field), operational areas, storm drain systems, debris removal, destructive weather response, and interior plant maintenance, each with 12-month performance periods.

Non-recurring work (Line Item 0002) comprises approximately 140 separate line items covering specialized grounds services including underbrushing, field mowing, special event services, tree and shrub removal and planting, soil analysis, grassing, mulching, landscape bed work, pavement sweeping, and extensive snow and ice removal operations at multiple severity levels for Washington Navy Yard, U.S. Naval Observatory, Vice President's Residence, NSWC Carderock, NSA Bethesda, and regional locations. Pavement clearance services (Line Item 0003) include pavement sweeping and snow/ice removal for specified facilities. The template allows contractors to submit unit prices and total prices for all line items across the base period and option periods, with quantities and units of measure pre-populated for each service type.
