About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for petroleum fuel products for delivery to Alaska post, camps, and stations. The solicitation seeks to award multiple fixed-price contracts with economic price adjustments. Key changes include replacing an economic price adjustment clause, requiring representations regarding certain telecommunications equipment or services, and adding prohibitions on contracting for covered telecommunications. Offerors must disclose whether they will provide covered equipment or services, and if existing contracts use such items. The amendment also incorporates representation and prohibition clauses regarding telecommunications and video surveillance services.
