About this file
This is a Solicitation Addendum One document issued by the Nebraska State Purchasing Bureau for Solicitation 120845 O5, addressing an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) services contract to be opened on April 29, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. CST. The addendum provides clarifying questions and answers regarding the RFP, covering key details such as the current contract's expiration on June 30, 2025, with a new contract effective July 1, 2025. The state is seeking a vendor to provide ATMs in various state facilities, including the State Capitol, State Office Building, Department of Transportation, and correctional facilities, with the vendor responsible for owning, installing, and maintaining the machines.
The addendum confirms that the state is not expecting revenue sharing or rent payments, but instead aims to offer ATM services for employee and visitor convenience. Vendors can brand the ATMs, including on-screen branding and vinyl wraps, and will be responsible for all installation and maintenance costs. The machines will be located inside state buildings and available only during business hours. Importantly, the state clarified that bolts will not be an acceptable method of anchoring ATMs, and the vendor will work with both current and new vendors to ensure minimal service disruption during the transition. The contract appears to focus on service provision rather than machine purchase, with the vendor generating revenue through transaction fees.
