Black
Available in 19L (5 gallon) containers.
Trowel
One year in unopened container
Remove embedded gravel, dirt, dust, rotted felts, and foreign matter. Apply over clean, sound, dry base. Prime aged or weathered asphalt with asphalt primer.
Apply Sheeting Bond-Black using a flat trowel in a thin, continuous layer. A thin layer performs better than a thick, heavy layer.
Allow a flash off time of 10 to 15 minutes maxi-mum. Install Elastomeric Sheets promptly. Do not exceed flash time or adhesion will skin over and not grab sheeting properly
Apply at ambient and material temperatures of 45°F (7°C) and higher.
30 to 35 ft2/gal (0.75-0.8 m2/L) using 3 mm (1/8“) notched trowel. Rates will vary depending on ambient temperature and actual surface conditions.
• Not intended for use in ponded conditions.
• Not intended for exposure to UV. Will discolor/pickup dirt if left exposed.
• Do not use as seam adhesive for single ply membranes.
