About this file
The document is a State Wages section (Section 00260) for a contract in California, specifically addressing prevailing wage requirements for the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency's fencing services procurement. The contract requires California-licensed C-13 fencing contractors to provide comprehensive fencing services including installation, repair, and replacement throughout Sacramento County, with materials potentially including redwood, wrought iron, and chain link fencing. Services may be utilized by Agency entities or special projects funded through federal or local programs.
The wage determination document mandates that all contractors and subcontractors must pay California state prevailing wages instead of Davis-Bacon wages, and strictly comply with California Labor Code sections 1771, 1774, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813, and 1815. Contractors can access current prevailing wage rates through the California Department of Industrial Relations website (www.dir.ca.gov/OPRL/dprewagedetermination.htm) or by calling 888-ASK-WAGE. The document emphasizes full legal compliance with state labor regulations for wage payments across all tiers of project subcontractors.
