ISS Initiative Overview
Purpose
The SEC currently has a technology Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) contract that is nearing the end of its five year term. The purpose of this RFP is to award the Infrastructure
Support Services (ISS) contract
Objective
With information technology providing all aspects of its business, the SEC depends on Contractor support for problem resolution and support services to meet its business needs
The SEC expects the Contractor to deliver optimal daily performance of the SEC IT operations and take day-to-day responsibility for the SEC IT operations, achieving the minimum performance objectives on a daily basis, and taking a proactive approach with the
SEC in improving the operations and efficiencies of the SEC IT environment
Scope of Services
Provide comprehensive Infrastructure Support
Services (ISS) in support of the SEC Office of
Information Technology (OIT) in the area of Enterprise
Operations, Enterprise Infrastructure, Enterprise
Architecture, and Common Services
Support shall span across all locations, to include the
SEC Headquarter Offices in Washington, DC, the
SEC Data Centers, the eleven Regional Offices, and in any location where the SEC operates in the future

Key Responsibilities
The SEC Technology Test Lab is a critical component of the Engineering function. Successful operation of the Lab is essential to the deployment of new systems and technologies, the resolution of significant architecture issues, and the determination of viable strategic directions

The Contractor shall thoroughly and accurately account for all SEC IT desktop equipment, software, mobile computing devices, and infrastructure hardware and software, during the entire life cycle of asset management including delivery and staging, asset tracking, asset deployment, license management, and asset disposal.

Prime must have successfully completed at least two (2) Federal contracts in the
Infrastructure Support Services areas within the past three (3) years with a total executed annual contract value (per Federal contract) greater than $30 million
Criteria 2
Prime Experience
Prime must have completed at least five (5) years’ experience as a Prime contractor on one or multiple Federal contract(s) in the past seven (7) years (from the proposal due date)

Project Experience
The Offeror must have successfully completed contracts in each of the following service areas (Enterprise Operations, Enterprise Infrastructure, Enterprise
Architecture Support and Common Services, as defined in Section C.5 within the past five (5) years by the proposal due date

Relevant Revenue
The Prime must have derived at least 50% of its revenue in the last three years from the delivery of similar Infrastructure Support Services as of the proposal due date

The proposed term of the contract is a two (2) year base period and eight (8) one year options. The renewals will be based on the Contractor performance and meeting the minimum criteria for renewal
