Attachment 17
Automatic Renewal Criteria The Government is proposing a one (1) year base contract followed by nine (9), one (1) year automatic renewals (for a total of 10 years). Automatic renewals can be triggered based on the following criteria:
1. Service Level (SLA) Achievement
2. Cost performance
3. OIT Satisfaction Table 1 summarizes the criteria to be met by the contractor in order to trigger automatic renewals. Automatic renewals can occur when all of the following criteria are met:
Automatic Renewal for Year 2 The base period is defined as Year 1 of the contract To automatically renew the contract for Year 2 at the end of Year 1, the contractor must meet all of the following criteria:
Service Levels: The contractor must have met all Service Levels for past 12 months (year 1) Cost: The contractor must demonstrate that costs did not increase in year 1, and maintain the costs levels in year 2 OIT Satisfaction: The contractor must score a minimum of 4 out of 5 points on a contractor satisfaction survey completed by OIT staff including the CIO, the Assistant Directors, and the Branch Chiefs Automatic Renewal for Years 3 To automatically renew the contract for Year 3 at the end of Year 2, the contractor must meet all of the following criteria:
Service Levels: The contractor must have met all Service Levels for last 12 months (year 2). The contractor shall commit to increasing target and minimum service levels by 5% for years 3 and 4 Cost: The contractor must commit to lowering costs by 5% in years 3 and 4 OIT Satisfaction: The contractor must score a minimum of 4 out of 5 points on a contractor satisfaction survey completed by OIT staff including the CIO, the Assistant Directors, and the Branch Chiefs Automatic Renewal for Years 4 To automatically renew the contract for Year 4 at the end of Year 3, the contractor must meet all of the following criteria:
Service Levels: The contractor must have met or exceeded all increased service levels in year 3 Cost: The contractor must have met the lowered cost objectives in year 3 OIT Satisfaction: The contractor must score a minimum of 4 out of 5 points on a contractor satisfaction survey completed by OIT staff including the CIO, the Assistant Directors, and the Branch Chiefs Automatic Renewal for Years 5 To automatically renew the contract for Year 5 at the end of Year 4, the contractor must meet all of the following criteria:

The contractor shall commit to increasing target and minimum service levels by 5% for years 5 and 6 Cost: The contractor must commit to lowering cost by 5% in years 5 and 6 OIT Satisfaction: The contractor must score a minimum of 4 out of 5 points on a contractor satisfaction survey completed by OIT staff including the CIO, the Assistant Directors, and the Branch Chiefs Automatic Renewal for Years 6 To automatically renew the contract for Year 6 at the end of Year 5, the contractor must meet all of the following criteria:
