About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for the construction of munitions storage igloos and associated facilities at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.
The amendment revises pricing terms for line items 0002 and 0003 related to the optional construction of additional munitions storage igloos. It also updates drawings and removes a DFARS clause. The solicitation is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific and seeks the construction of sixteen munitions storage igloos, roadway reconstruction, utilities, security features and related work with a total magnitude of construction between $25-100 million. Pricing is requested on a firm-fixed-price basis for the base item and optional line items. The Department of the Navy is the contracting agency.
