About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for the construction of sixteen munitions storage igloos, roadway reconstruction/resurfacing, associated utilities and security features at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. Amendment No. 0004 adds evaluation and pricing provisions for two option items to construct additional munitions storage igloos. Offerors must provide firm-fixed pricing for the base project including site work, utilities, and unexploded ordnance clearance, with unit prices for soil excavation quantities subject to adjustment. Pricing is also required for two options to construct additional igloos, with evaluation to be based on the total price including option items. The Navy is the contracting agency, with responses due by the amended date.
