About this file

This amendment to a solicitation provides additional instructions and modifies terms for a federal construction contract opportunity. The project is to construct sixteen munitions storage igloos, resurface roads and install utilities and security features at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. Interested offerors must submit paperwork by October 27th to attend an optional site visit on November 17th, where attendance will be limited to two people per company. The amendment adds a new DFARS clause requiring compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols for federal contractors.
