About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for construction services. The solicitation is for the construction of sixteen munitions storage igloos, roadway reconstruction and resurfacing, associated utilities and security features at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The amendment revises pricing for over excavation line items and options for additional munitions storage igloos. A firm-fixed price proposal is required for all line items, including a base item and options. Pricing must account for potential quantity variations in excavation work. The total value of construction under the base item is estimated between $25-100 million.
