About this file
This is a procedural guidance document from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) regarding the medical cannabis patient registration system. The document provides step-by-step instructions for registering adult patients in the Medical Cannabis Card Registration portal. The registration process requires users to access the system, select the Adult Medical Patient option, review a checklist of application requirements, and complete mandatory fields marked with red asterisks. After entering patient details and clicking the Save & Next button, applicants proceed to the Health Care Professional Certification page to continue the registration process. The document serves as a user guide rather than a solicitation document and does not specify quantities, response dates, site visits, or award timelines.
No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, or funding requirements are addressed in this procedural guidance document, as it functions as instructional material for system users rather than a contract opportunity or procurement solicitation.
