About this file
This is a procedural guidance document related to cannabis card application management for a state cannabis regulatory agency. The document provides instructions for applicants who wish to withdraw their submitted cannabis card applications through the Applicant Dashboard portal. To cancel an application, applicants must locate and click the Cancel link on their dashboard, then confirm the withdrawal by clicking the Yes button on the confirmation pop-up window, or click No to return to the dashboard without canceling. Once an application is canceled, the dashboard will update the application status to "Canceled," providing applicants with a straightforward mechanism to withdraw their submissions if they determine they no longer wish to proceed.
This document does not contain information regarding pricing terms, funding sources, contract awards, or other substantive procurement details. It serves solely as an operational guide for managing the cannabis card application process and does not establish any contractual obligations, timelines, or financial arrangements between applicants and the agency.
