About this file
This price schedule document outlines pricing requirements for a renovation project at a federal facility. The contractor must provide lump sum pricing for the base price to complete renovations to Building B344, including design and interior furnishings, fixtures and equipment. The total price for the base bid renovation work must be provided. The solicitation also allows for optional modifications to be awarded within 360 days of contract award if exercised.
The related federal contract opportunity is a multiple award construction contract for general construction services at Naval Submarine Base New London in Connecticut and Naval Station Newport in Rhode Island. The solicitation seeks both design-build and design-bid-build proposals for indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity construction work at the two military bases. The contract will be awarded by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command of the Department of the Navy.
