The solicitation states that a bonafide office must be set up within 350 miles of RI. However due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and lack of staffing ability, there have been increasing delays with finding proper employee coverage for the SBA to approve bona fide offices; which are typically approved within 60 days. Would the government consider allowing proof of submission to the SBA for a Bonafide office, or will an approved/in place office be required prior to submission?
See Amendment 0003 for revisions to Bona Fide Office.
