SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following have been added by full text:
This amendment hereby incorporates the following:
1. Site Visit Information The site visit is to be held THURSDAY, AUGUST 5, 2021 @ 1100 LOCAL TIME.
Attendees shall meet at the Building 344 East Side Entrance, Meyerkord Avenue #3 (inside Navy Station), Naval Station Newport, Newport, Rhode Island.
All attendees needing base access shall submit the accompanying SECNAV 5512 form to Holly.r.snow.civ@us.navy.mil no later than Tuesday, August 27 by 1300 local time.
All visitors shall be prepared to show valid Government-issued REAL ID compliant drivers licenses or REAL ID compliant photo ID to enter the facility. The REAL ID Act of 2005 established minimum security standards for license issuance and production and prohibits Federal agencies from accepting driver's licenses and identification cards from states not meeting the Act's minimum standards. Non-DoD cardholding visitors with a driver's license or ID that is not compliant with the REAL ID Act of 2005 will now need to provide an alternate form of acceptable identification to gain entry. In absence of a compliant state issued driver's license or ID, one of the following federally approved forms of identification must also be provided in addition to the non-compliant driver's license or
ID:
The following forms of identification are approved as alternate forms of identification in the absence of REAL ID compliant driver license or identification cards:
• U.S. Passport
• U.S. Passport Card
• U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Card
• Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card
• Personal Identification Verification-Interoperable (PIV-I) Card
• U.S. State Department Driver License
• Veterans Health Identification Card (Issued by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs)
• U.S. Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551)
• U.S. Certificate of Naturalization or Certificate of Citizenship (FORM N-550)
• Department of Homeland Security Employment Authorization Document (FORM I-766)
Due to the unpredictability of the volume of base traffic, attendees are highly encouraged to permit enough time to account for delays. The Site Visit time shall not be adjusted for late arrivals.
