About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity multiple award construction contract for airfield paving and heavy duty paving projects. The Navy seeks to award multiple contracts for new construction, repair, and renovation work at airfields and other installations located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. The amendment revises the proposal submission instructions, requiring offerors to submit proposals electronically using the Department of Defense Secure Access File Exchange service by the specified due date. Offerors must coordinate with the contract specialist and contracting officer to obtain a request code for dropping off their proposal via the file exchange system at least four days before proposals are due. The amendment also adds Part 1 of the solicitation, describing the scope of work.
